During the spring of 2012, AutoPlan and EasyPark are launching a collaboration that provides AutoPlan’s corporate customers the opportunity to join the practical, fast-growing parking service. The collaboration will begin with a number of selected corporate customers and will then be broadened and offered to the rest of the customer base.

From april the 1st 2012, EasyPark welcomes the municipality of Kolding to it’s growing list of cities taking advantage of the mobile technology.

The mobile payment company EasyPark recently won an Aarhus public tender and is given the assignment to develop a digital permit solution for citizens and companies.

Verdane Capital VII (Verdane) has become the new majority owner in EasyPark by acquiring shares from existing shareholders. EasyPark provides a phone parking solution that is available in all Nordic countries and has been used by over 500,000 motorists.

Christian Sæterhaug previously Sales- and Marketing Manager at Tele2 is taking the role of the new Country Manager for EasyPark Norway. EasyPark is the leading brand in Scandinavia in supplying mobile parking services and introduces a leap in cost for cities and parking operators as well as convenience for motorists. EasyPark operates in over 120 cities as well as in 60 different parking companies. So far, the service has been used by 500 000 motorists.

Since its launch in August 2011, EasyPark’s free App for iPhone and Android phones has enjoyed great success among both existing and new customers. And it is no longer just our customers who have discovered this small, brilliant app that facilitates the daily lives of many people across the country.

During this summer, the EasyPark Smartphone App was launched in all EasyPark countries. Within a week, the app hit the #1 spot in the App Store’s utility category and reached as high as #6 in the overall ranking.

On the 21 July 2011, EasyPark launched the EasyPark Smartphone App – a brand new parking payment application for smartphones and tablet devices. Within days, the application received thousands of downloads and resulted in overwhelmingly positive feedback from its first users.
